Today in Math we kicked off our first Grade 6 Math concept by reading the book:

We learned about the first quadrant of the Cartesian plane (le plan cartésien), the X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) axes and that the Brigand Band is scared of ghosts...
We will continue to learn about the Cartesian plane over the coming week: how to find and plot coordinates, how to describe the movement between points and how to draw pictures! Fun!

AGENDA
1. Curling forms are due back to Mme Desjardins by tomorrow (Friday).
2. There are SO MANY clubs and teams happening at school each day. If you are unsure of where you need to be and when, please ask! Take time to get involved in something new! :)
